Caretaker responsibilities include:

Placing collected mail into a designated mailbox
Reading gas and water meters between the 15th–21st of each month and sending the information to the landlord
Walking the vineyard once per week to report water leaks or anything unusual to the vineyard manager or winery representative
Notifying the vineyard manager if landscaping irrigation appears not to be functioning properly
Checking the main house approximately every three weeks for water leaks or unusual issues
