Wyman Property Management is a full service property management company that provides complete property management services for single-family homes, condos, townhomes, multiplexes, and apartment complexes. We strive to provide high quality professional property management services in and around the Napa Valley. Guided by our hands-on management style, we respond quickly to property issues, providing tenants with a great living experience and owners with maximum profit. Our goal is to increase the value of our clients’ investment portfolios and relieve them of the stress that comes with real estate investing.

Mindy Wyman – Owner/Broker

Mindy Wyman, founder and president of Wyman Property Management, is a licensed Real Estate Broker with over 12 years of experience in Residential Property Management. Mindy has a strong history of successful property management in the Napa Valley including developing profitable property rental relationships with hundreds of investors as well as overseeing a portfolio of over 400 residential property units. Her knowledge, skills and abilities ensure conscientious and professional oversight of your financial assets and rental property investment.

Carolina Guzman – Property Management Specialist

Carolina Guzman has over seven years of experience in property management with single-family homes, multi-family properties and apartment complexes throughout Napa and Solano Counties. Working closely with our owners, tenants and vendors, and fluent in both English and Spanish, Carolina brings solid customer care experience helping to ensure we deliver what we promise in providing both service and value to our clients.

Casey Brown – Property Manager

Casey is a third generation Napa native with extensive knowledge about all areas of the Valley and its history. He attended Pacific Union College where he studied Art and Digital Media. This allowed him to work as a Director of Art at a fine art gallery for several years in St. Helena. His friendly demeanor along with the lessons of helpfulness and attention to detail he was taught as an Eagle Scout and allowed him to develop strong customer service skills. Having grown up around real estate he found himself working as an assistant for top brokers at Coldwell Banker. Here he developed a passion for real estate, and decided to pursue a career in property management. Casey joined the Wyman Property Management team in 2016 where he specializes in property inspections, customer service and showings.

Dan Nelson – Director of HOA Management

Dan is a 35 year veteran in the Grocery industry, 20 years of which he spent running the Northern California Division of Operations for American Stores and Kroger Companies. Dan has owned and managed properties within Homeowners Associations where he has gained valuable knowledge concerning HOA operations. He has been an active member of HOA Boards and has held Board positions, including President. Dan joined Wyman Property Management in 2013 as our Director of HOA Management. He prides himself on offering outstanding personal customer service with a professional approach to all of the clients he serves.

Brad Bowles – HOA Manager

Brad joined Wyman Property Management in 2015 and brings with him a high level of customer service and professionalism along with an attention to detail for the clients we serve.  He has worked extensively in the wine industry and has enjoyed a long career in banking and finance.  His customer service skills and experience in financing enable him to provide leadership and guidance to HOA boards so that they may make timely decisions to protect, maintain and enhance the value of their property.

Carmen Ayala-Palafox – Front Office Receptionist

Carmen joined Wyman Property Management in 2015. She provides verbal and written bilingual assistance to owners, tenants, and vendors and coordinates with our property managers to help resolve questions and issues. Carmen is able to utilize her skills as a US Army veteran to keep the office organized and running smoothly and to ensure that all of our customers receive helpful and friendly assistance with any of their property management needs.
